The Restaurant
Upstairs and light years away from the bustle of the brasserie - is a discreet, elegant and luxurious room devoted to the business of serious, indulgent dining. This is the domain of the Michelin starred Michael Deane, one of Ireland's finest exponents of fusion cuisine.
On the menu at the Restaurant in any given week there is evidence of British and Irish cuisine, all fused with the confidence and skill that has earned Michael Deane an awesome reputation amongst serious food critics.
The Brasserie
A lively, sophisticated street level brasserie, which opened in April 1997 to instant acclaim from critics and the city's diners alike. The 5000 sq. ft brasserie - whose aim was to bring the excellence of Michelin starred chef patron Michael Deane within reach of a wider audience - has been an immediate hit with the indigenous business population, while after 5.30pm, it's a favourite haunt of the city's smart set and the apres business crowd.
Deane's Brasserie has also attracted a steady stream of luminaries from the worlds of fashion, rock, sport, show business and politics: U2, John Rocha, Lloyd Grossman, Eamonn Holmes, Sophie Anderton and Jason Donovan to American Irish Ambassador Jean Kennedy Smith.
In January 1998, the brasserie was extended by a further 700 sq. ft to accommodate a comfortable waiting lounge. The Brasserie menu, continues to offer cosmopolitan choice at a very affordable price
